Abstract
This Regulation shall apply to the feedingstuffs, compound feed and feed materials referred to in article 1 (1) (c) of Regulation 2092/91/EEC where these products carry references to the organic production method. It shall not apply to pet foods, feed for fur animals nor to feed for aquaculture animals. Article 3 establishes the conditions under which the labelling, advertising and commercial documentation of the products aforesaid may refer to organic production. Part B of Annex I to Regulation 2092/91/EEC, laying down principles of organic production at farm level, as well as Annex III to the same Regulation, relating to minimum inspection requirements and precautionary measures, are amended as set out in the Annex hereto.
