Abstract
This Order provides guidelines on labelling of bovine meat with adherence to EU regulations. Labelling thereof must contain specification of origin, characteristics and production of meat. Assessment and approved specifications is conducted by the Danish Accreditation Body (DANAK) following guidelines set by the Food & Drug Administration.
