Abstract
This Order establishes regulations regarding the labeling of dairy products. Specification of labels must contain nutritional details, description, weight and characteristics according to their origin.
This Order consists of 12 Chapters and 6 Annexes: Scope (1); General provisions (2); Cheese (3); Cheese products (4); Butter (5); Preserved milk (6); Some milk proteins (caseins and caseinates) (7); Non-acidified drinking milk products (8); Fermented milk products consumption (9); Export certificates (10); Penal provisions (11); Entry into force and repealing provisions (12).
