Abstract
This Order establishes regulations regarding the manufacture and composition of milk products as well as the labeling of dairy products. The labeling of dairy products and its specification shall contain nutritional details, description, weight and characteristics according to their origin. The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration shall issue health certificates approving export of milk and milk products.
This Order consists of 12 Chapters and 6 Appendices: Scope (1); General provisions (2); Cheese (3); Cheese products (4); Butter (5); Preserved milk (6); Certain milk proteins (caseins and caseinates) (7); Non-acidified milk products (8); Fermented milk products (9); Export certificates (10); Penal provisions (11); Entry into force and repealing provisions (12).
