Abstract
This Order implements rules concerning the management of waste. The definitions of waste in this Order exclude materials and products which are residues of fossil fuels and the Order's purpose is to meet all relevant safety requirements of environment and human health. This Order contains provisions adhering to EU regulations.

Entry into force notes
This Order enters into force the day after publication in the Official Gazette. Article 56 (section 5) art. 58 (sections 1 and 3 through 8) art. 59 (sections 1-3 and 6) shall enter into force on 1 January 2011.
