Order No. 803 on production charges for field seeds.

The Order regulates taxation and registration for the commercial production and trade of field seeds. For each commercial transaction of certified seed belonging to species listed in Appendix 1, shall be subject to a fee, as set out in the document. Submission of such registrations shall occur no later than 31 July each year to the national Plant Breeding Fund.
