Abstract
The present Order, adopted by the the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, lays down rules on payment for plant health inspection. The Order contains rules regulating the payment for registration of businesses, when required; for breeding and marketing control of plants; for breeding and marketing control of potato seeds; export controls; plant health inspection of seeds; import control; etc.

1. Fees for registration, breeding and trade control, and plant health inspection.
2. Fees for export and trade standard inspection.
3. Fees for import control.
4. Fees for soil sampling and analysis, etc. from areas intended for the cultivation of potato seeds.
5. Fees for the approval of businesses for the marking of wooden packaging.
