Order No. 822 on regulations rules for the review of natural gas supply prices and conditions.

The Order sets guidelines on the notification of prices, fees and documentation for the transmission, distribution, storage, of LNG and supply of energy to the public. Energy supply entities and companies must report published annual reports with the description of the internal monitoring of discriminatory behavior each year by 1 of June 1 and in adherence to article 11a, section 1. Energinet.dk (the Energy Monitoring Agency) shall be responsible for the publishing and declaration of this annual report describing the program and its monitoring activities. Energinet.dk shall also review 10-year network development plans every two years and in adherence to article 7, section 4 of Decree No. 1034.
