Order no. 828 on plant cover and cultivation.

This Order sets regulations on commercial entities responsible for plant breeding, animal husbandry, or a combination thereof and which have an annual turnover exceeding 50 000 DKK and which utilizes a total area of minimum 10 hectares. These commercial entities must established and notify their operational principles applied for the effective nitrogen production in plant protection activities in order to ensure its reduction quota.
The Order consists of 4 Chapters and 3 Appendices: Scope and definitions (1); Cover crops and alternatives (2); Cultivation-related measures (3); Surveillance, penalties and entry into force (4).
