Abstract
The Order sets regulations concerning the addition of vitamins and minerals to food. The purpose of such additions ensures that specification requirements for the identity and purity of all nutrients (listed in Appendix 1) added to food apply. Indication on labels of vitamins and/or minerals shall be submitted for approval in accordance to the requirements set by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration.
The Order consists of 4 Chapters and 3 Appendices: Scope and definitions (1); Addition of vitamins and/or minerals to food (2); Requirements for the specification of identity and purity of all nutrients added (3); Administration, penalties and entry into force (4).

Appendix 2 - Specifications on identity, purity and analytical methods.
Appendix 3 - Information required for review and application for approval.
