Abstract
The Order partly amends Order No. 292, particularly in adding article 27, section 2 - whereby the local council decisions on digitally reporting to the common public database of geology, groundwater and drinking water (Jupiter) shall occur at least 4 weeks after the decision is taken; also, that the municipal council shall ensure information on decisions digitally reported to Danish and Greenlandic Geological Survey must be disclosed and published in the Denmark Area Information.

Information on notified orders, waivers and decisions granted after 1 January 2010 shall continue to apply and must be digitally notified to the common public database of geology, groundwater and drinking water (Jupiter) no later than entry into force date of this Order (1 January 2015).
