Abstract
The Order establishes quality requirements for drinking water, including water used for medicine and for human consumption, and applies to studies, control and monitoring of water supply systems. The municipal council shall ensure that information on the following decisions notified digitally to Denmark and Greenland Geological Survey via public database of geology, groundwater and drinking water (Jupiter) in order that such information is disclosed and published in the Danish Natural Environment Portal.
It consists of 11 Chapters and 11 Appendices: Scope and purpose (1); Criteria for quality of water from water supply systems (2); Inspection of water quality (3); Inspection of water usage (4); Supervision of technical plant (5); Other reporting requirements (6); Municipal council s notification on decisions related to property with the goal of publication and disclosure of such information (7); Information to consumers on water supply and quality (8); Appeals (9); Penalties (10); Entry into force and transitional provisions (11).
