Order No. 951 on additional regulations for 20-years’ funding commitment of environmentally-friendly agricultural measures.

This Order applies to the processing of requests for payment of subsidy for a 20-year commitment received on 1 January 2015 by the Ministry of Environment and Food of Denmark. Approval of subsidy for the establishment of wetlands shall adhere to provisions of Order No. 84 of 12 February 2004 on subsidies for agro-environmental measures, and Order No. 187 of 20 March 2003 on subsidies for agro-environmental measures in particularly sensitive agricultural areas. Subsidies for environmentally-friendly management of grassland, aimed to the care of pasture and natural grazing, clearing or mowing, shall be set-aside for the procurement of grassland in adherence to Orders on subsidies for agro-environmentally-friendly farming measures. Penalties and sanctions shall be applied in case of breach of commitments or other obligations that are not related to each area. Within the same crop group subsidy may be reduced according to article 35 of Regulation (EU) No. 640/2014 for breach of commitments or other obligations.
