Abstract
The Order applies to food additives in food classified as supplements. These do not include vitamins, minerals and aromas, and applies only where there is a specific provision for food with special nujtritive purpose, genetically modified food, novel food. The permitted additives are listed in Appendix 1. Penalty for violating articles 3, 4 (sections 1, 5 or 8), art. 5, 6 (section 1), art. 7 (sections 1 or 2), or conditions imposed pursuant to article 4, section 7 or art. 6 (section 3) of this Order, shall be subject to a fine or imprisonment to up to 2 years.
The Order consists of 4 Chapters and 3 Appendices: Scope and definition (1); Terms of use (2); Penalties (3); Entry into force (4).
Appendix 1 - Substances authorized for use in food products, including dietary supplements (other than vitamins and minerals are ).
Appendix 2 - Specifications for identity, purity and analytical methods.
Appendix 3 - Required information for review and approval.

Food produced prior to 16 August 2011 in accordance to articles 14-16 of Appendix 3 of Order No. 93 on additives of 4 February 2011, may be marketed until exhaustion of stock.European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No. 764/2008 of 9 July 2008 on the procedures for the application of certain national technical rules to products lawfully marketed in another Member State and repealing Decision No. 3052/95/EC shall be implemented in the administration of this Order.
