Abstract
This Order concerns approval in pursuance of section 8 of the Environment and Genetic Engineering Act in cases where a genetically modified plant or a genetically modified animal is used in contained conditions.
Its 10 articles are divided into 7 Parts: Scope (I); Authorities (II); Content of applications (III); Decisions concerning approval (IV); Charges (V); Supervision (VI); Entry into force and transitional provisions (VII).
