Central Water Authority (Amendment) Act, 1975 (No. 21 of 1975).

Section 2, relative to the composition of the Central Water Authority, is here amended so as to reduce the number of Commissioners from 8 to 7 and to provide for the duration of appointment (3 years). The Commissioners shall now be appointed from persons having knowledge of public health, forestry and lands, accounting, local government, law, business administration and engineering.
