Central Water Authority (Amendment) Act, 1979 (No. 25 of 1979).

Section 23 concerning the power of the Authority to fix and levy rates and charges for operating and maintaining water systems, is here again amended so as to provide for the revision of rates to be proposed in advance to the Minister, the approval of the Minister of the proposed rates and the publication of the rates in the Official Gazette.
