Abstract
This Regulation amends the Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise Establishment Council of Minister Regulations by: adding a new Sub-Article (7) of Article 5 which gives the Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise the power to issue, sell and pledge bonds; and in Article 6 concerning the capital of the Enterprise.
