Commission Decision 2009/494/EC concerning certain protection measures in relation to highly pathogenic avian influenza of subtype H5N1 in Croatia and Switzerland.

With a view to preventing the outbreak and spread of avian influenza of subtype H5N1, this Decision suspends the importation or introduction into the European Community of poultry, hatching eggs, birds, meat and minced meat of wild feathered game and related meat products, as referred to in article 1.
