Commission Directive 2002/36/EC amending certain Annexes to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.

This Directive amends and supplements certain Annexes to Directive 2000/29/EC, namely: Annex I listing out the harmful organisms whose introduction into and spread within all Member States, or within certain protected zones, shall be banned; Annex II specifying the harmful organisms whose introduction into and spread within Member States shall be banned if they are present on certain plants or plant products; Annex IV defining special requirements to be laid down for the introduction and movement of plants, plant products and other objects into and within Member States; Annex V indicating plants, plant products and other objects that must be subject to a plant health inspection.
