Abstract
In implementation of Directives 2003/46/EC and 2003/47/EC, particular amendments are hereby laid down to certain parts of Annexes II, IV, V and VI to Ministerial Decree of 31 January 1996 which concerns protective measures against the introduction into the Italian territory of organisms harmful to plants or plant products.
