Abstract
Member States shall ensure that the sampling for the official control of the levels of benzo(a)pyrene in foodstuffs is carried out in accordance with the methods described in Annex I to the present Directive. On the other hand, Annex II describes the criteria relating to sample preparation and methods of analyses.
