Abstract
These Regulations prohibit: the placing on the market of certain foods if they contain contaminants of any kind specified in Commission Regulation No. 1881/2006 setting maximum levels for contaminants in foodstuffs at levels exceeding those specified; and the use of food containing such contaminants at such levels as ingredients in the production of certain foods. The Regulations also specify enforcement authorities.
