Abstract
Without any prejudice to the provisions laid down in Directive 2000/13/EC, this Regulation establishes specific standards for retail-stage marketing of particular olive oils and olive-pomace oils (those referred to in points 1(a) and (b), 3 and 6 of the Annex to Regulation No. 136/66/EEC). These marketing standards concern packaging and labelling.
