Abstract
By way of derogation from article 10 of Regulation (EC) No. 2847/93, (i) the master of a fishing vessel flying the flag of, or registered in, Norway or Iceland who wishes to use landing facilities in a Member State must notify the competent authorities of that Member State at least two hours in advance of his time of arrival at the port of landing, and (ii) the master of a fishing vessel flying the flag of, or registered in, a third country bordering the Baltic Sea who wishes to use landing facilities in Denmark, Germany, Sweden or Finland must notify the competent authorities of the Member State concerned at least six hours in advance of his time of arrival at the port of landing.
