Abstract
The Decree partly amends Decree 1716, in particular Appendix 1. The amendments consist in the implementation of EU regulations concerning the notification and monitoring of catch, fishing control system, and satellite-based Vessel Monitoring Systems. The Appendix included in the document is updated accordingly.
