Abstract
This Regulation provides for the proper implementation of Directive 1999/105/EC which regulates the marketing of forest reproductive material. The national list referred to in Article 10(2) of the Directive above-mentioned shall be drawn up by each Member State in the standardized form as detailed in the Annex. Each Member State shall make its list available on request to the Commission and other Member States in the form of an electronic spreadsheet or database. The Annex hereto is divided into two Parts. Part A prescribes the structure of the national list of basic material. Part B lays down guidelines for filling in the different columns of the national list of basic material, as presented in Part A.
