Regulations No. 202 of 2007 on the Production, Marketing and Control of Forest Reproductive Material (Amendments).

These Regulations, made under provisions of the Law on the Production and Marketing of Plant Propagating Material, amend the Regulations no. 285 of 2003 on the production and marketing of forest reproductive material. Amendments concern: implementation of European Regulations on the matter; adding a new competent authority; ensuring effective communication and information sharing with other EU member states; adding new templates for the structure and content of the National Catalogue of forest reproductive materials; improving transparency, traceability and quality control of forest reproductive materials.
