Abstract
This Decree regards, in particular, the control of organic production and the identification of organic products. Certifying bodies authorized by the Ministry must perform on the premises inspection, except for extraordinary controls, in every production unit at least once a year, and twice a year in every production unit in transition. Labels of organic products must show the name and identification number of the certifying organization. Fees for administrative proceedings (authorizations, permits) are determined in Articles 3-4.
