Abstract
This Regulation sets out provisions implementing Council Regulation (EC) No. 479/2008 concerning the common organization of the market in wine. These rules deal in particular with the vineyard register, compulsory delarations to be submitted by harvesters and the gathering of information to monitor the wine market.
