Abstract
This Regulation lays down particular rules with a view to implementing Regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003 concerning genetically modified food and feed. These implementing provisions regard in particular the application for the authorization of new genetically modified food and feed (Chapter I), the notification of existing products (Chapter II) and transitional measures for adventitious or technically unavoidable presence of genetically modified material which has benefited from a favourable risk evaluation (Chapter III).
