Abstract
The present Regulation defines the content of Annex VI to Regulation 2092/91/EEC, which lays down the list of: (a) substances which shall be permitted as ingredients of non agricultural origin; (b) substances that may be used during preparation; and (c) ingredients of agricultural origin. An ingredient of agricultural origin not included in Section C of Annex VI to Regulation 2092/91/EEC, however, may be used according to the derogation provided for in article 5(4) of the same Regulation as long as the conditions specified in article 3 of the present Regulation are fulfilled.
