Abstract
The aim of this Directive is to widen the scope of Directive 87/328/EEC, in order to ensure that, without any prejudice to animal health rules, Member States of the European Community shall not prohibit, restrict or impede the use of ova and embryos from pure-bred female animals of the bovine species coming from another Member State.
