Council Regulation (EC) No. 41/2006 fixing for 2007 the fishing opportunities and associated conditions for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks, applicable in Community waters and, for Community vessels, in waters where catch limitations are required.

This Regulation sets forth fishing opportunities for the year 2007 as regards certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks in Community waters, as well as the associated conditions under which those fishing opportunities may be used. These conditions include: catch limits and allocations; conditions for landing catches and by-catches; transhipment; licensing; fishing gear and mesh sizes; sizes under which fish species may not be caught.
