Act to amend sections 4 and 7 of the Act relative to carrying into effect the common fisheries policy of the European Community (No. 1280 of 1995).

The amendments of the principal Act concern the Register established by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry for purposes of supervisions and control of fisheries activities and trade in fish and fish products and offences. The data that shall be entered in the Register now also includes aquaculture and fishing vessels, and trade in aquaculture products. The definition of the offence committed by a supervising person who doesn't properly assist in supervision now includes also supervision of aquaculture and fish breeding. (2 sections)
