Abstract
The amendments of the principal Act concern the responsibility of the State to pay compensation for, and in particular for assessment of compensation in the case no settlement can be reached, the assessment of projects and plans on significant adverse effect on the ecological value a site included in, or proposed by the Council of State for inclusion in, the Natura 2000 network.
