Decree to amend the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry relative to fish and fish products and to processed and prepared fish and fish products which are imported from third countries (No. 1068 of 1996).

The principal Regulation concerns the food hygiene quality of fish and fish products imported in Finland from countries outside of the European Communities. The amendment concerns the list of countries listed in Annex 1 to which all conditions set out in section 6 of the principal Regulation apply. Food hygiene requirements are mainly laid down in various EC Council and Commission Directives and Regulations.
