Abstract
This Decree amends the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on the catalogue of plant varieties on examination of varietal characteristics. In the case of hybrid varieties, the varietal survey shall be carried out also on the parental lines used for the production of seed for certification. This does not apply to seed of sugar beet.
