Animals (Divisional Veterinary Managers) Regulations 2009 (S.I. No. 2714 of 2009)

These Regulations amend, in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community, the: (a) the Products of Animal Origin (Import and Export) Regulations 1996; (b) the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Control of Vaccination) (England) Regulations 2006; (c) the Avian Influenza (Preventive Measures) (England) Regulations 2006; (d) the Avian Influenza (Vaccination) (England) Regulations 2006; and the (e) the Bluetongue Regulations 2008, by replacing references to “Divisional veterinary manager” with references to “the Secretary of State”.
