Abstract
These Regulations amend the Artificial Insemination of Cattle (Animal Health) (England and Wales) Regulations, 1985, so as to clarify the requirements for trade in deep-frozen semen and to implement Council Directive 93/60/EC which extends the scope of EC Council Directive 88/407/EC so as to make requirements applicable to trade in fresh bovine semen. (2 Regulations completed by 1 Schedule specifying processing requirements for semen which is not frozen)
