Control of Asbestos (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 (S.R. No. 187 of 2010).

These Regulations amend the Control of Asbestos Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 in regulation 8 which deals with the licensing of work with asbestos. They extend the provision for making representations or for appealing by persons aggrieved by decisions in relation to such licences so that they apply to refusals of the licence, the period of validity of the licences, the imposition of conditions on licences and the refusal to vary licences as well as to the variation and revocation of the licences.
