Abstract
These Regulations are made in under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c.16) and make amendments to primary and subordinate legislation in the field of sea fisheries, inland fisheries, marine management and food (and incentives for fisheries and aquaculture) so as to address deficiencies in such legislation as within the framework of withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
