Abstract
These Regulations continue to implement the provisions of Council Directive 66/401/EEC on the marketing of fodder plant seed. The Regulations apply to the certification and marketing of fodder plant seed of the species specified in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
The Regulations further provide for, among other things: procedures for issuing of certificates and breeders' confirmation, packaging and labelling and civil liabilities of sellers of seed.
