Food Premises (Registration) Amendment Regulations 1997 (S.I. No. 723 of 1997).

These Regulations introduce a new exemption from registration for domestic premises used for the purposes of a food business the proprietor of which resides at those premises and where food is exclusively prepared for sale from a market stall run by W1 Country Markets Ltd. Existing records shall be altered only upon request of the food business proprietor. (2 regulations)
