Abstract
This Order amends the Plant Health (Forestry) Order 2005 so as to apply new restrictions on the introduction into Great Britain of specified tree pests. The restrictions concern the landing in and the movement within Great Britain of specified pests and infected trees and impose additional requirements on the landing and movement of specified trees. They also concern additional requirements on the consignment from Great Britain to other parts of the European Union of specified trees intended for planting.
