Abstract
These Regulations revoke regulations 21, 26 and 66 of the Waste Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011. They also make minor amendment to those Regulations and the Controlled Waste (Duty of Care) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002, the Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003, the Waste management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 and the Hazardous Waste Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005. The repealed Regulations concern co-mingled waste, amendment of the Deposits in the Sea (Exemptions Order) (Northern Ireland) 1995 and amendment of the Feeding Stuffs Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005.
