Waste Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 (S.R. No. 127 of 2011).

These Regulations implement Community legislation in relation with the preparation and implementation of waste prevention programmes and waste management plans for Northern Ireland and make supplementary provision in relation to waste prevention programmes and waste management plans, including provision for public participation in their preparation and revision. They also impose duties in relation to the improved use of waste as a resource and impose other duties regarding waste collection, treatment and use.
