Abstract
This Act lays down provisions on the application and designation, prohibitions on production, sales and importation, and costs of storage and disposal of non-biodegradable products. Furthermore, this Act prohibits any person owning or in charge of food premises to sell or offer for sale any food in or with a non-biodegradable product.
