Law of Georgia on Windbreak (Field Protection) Strip (N967-VIMS-XMP of 2021)

This Law regulates the legal relations on granting and revoking the status of a windbreak (field protection) strip of agricultural land or a part of agricultural land in Georgia, inventorying windbreak strips, restoring, developing and managing, and using them. It consists of six chapters: General provisions (I); Granting and revoking the status of a windbreak strip. Inventorying windbreak strips (II); restoring, developing and managing of a windbreak (III); Authorized agencies and persons in the field of management of a windbreak strip (IV); Financing of measures for restoring, developing and managing of a windbreak (V); and Transitional and final provisions (VI).
