Abstract
This Resolution approves the technical regulation on general rules for winemaking and determines the list of processes, material and substances that can be used in wine production. The technical regulation consists of seven articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Organoleptic and physical-chemical properties of wine; (3) General rules for winemaking (4); Aging wine (5); Conformity control (6); and permitted processes, material and substances in winemaking (7).
